Tips for beginners using ball stretchers: Warm up your testicles, hang them up, so start in the shower or bathtub. Rub a little water-based or hybrid lubricant (we recommend our OXLUBE, of course) on the inside and edge of SQUEEZE SHORT. While standing or on your knees, stretch the ball stretcher under your scrotum, lift SQUEEZE, place it around your testicles, and release it in place. As with all play, stop if it feels uncomfortable.
